About Chef Robert Springer
Robert Springer lives in the Gold Coast North Shore of Long Island with his wife Jasmine, 14-year-old son Gavin, and Husky Aspen.
A successful insurance agent for 23 years, he has followed his artistic side down the culinary path, and although self-taught, he has worked with several of Long Islands best Chefs and started his own private chef business back in 2018. His culinary background, along with his extensive travel to some of the best restaurants and food destinations in the world, led to The Forked Roads, a play of travel with a chef’s viewpoint.
Where his next life’s turn will go, he doesn’t know, but it will definitely include following his life passions – Family, Food, and Feeding people.
